Help from the people who wrote the code.
No ticket queue, no chatbot, no customer success manager who escalates to someone else. You email us, a founder reads it — and it’s the same person who can fix it.
Already a church with us? Say so and we’ll pull up your account before we reply.
Pick whichever is least effort for you.
They all end up in the same place — with us.
Email us
The fastest route for anything broken, anything confusing, or a question about how your church is set up. Screenshots welcome.
Get on a call
Screen shares, walkthroughs, training a new staff member, or planning a move off your old system. Bring whoever needs to be there.
Read it yourself
Trials, pricing, contracts, data import, giving, and what happens to your data — the questions churches ask us first, already answered.
What to tell us
None of this is required — send a one-liner if that’s all you have. But the more of it we get up front, the fewer rounds of “can you check one thing for me?” it takes.
- Your church’s name — so we can look at the right account.
- What you were trying to do — in your words, not ours.
- What happened instead — including the exact wording of any error.
- A screenshot or screen recording — worth a hundred sentences.
- Phone or laptop — and which browser, if it’s a laptop.
- One person or everyone — that alone usually tells us where to look.
Common reasons churches write in
Billing, plans, and invoices
One price, no per-module add-ons — the whole thing is on the pricing page. Need an invoice, a receipt, or a change to your plan? Email us and it’s done.
Moving your data in
Bring an export from whatever you’re on now and we’ll do the import with you — people, families, groups, giving history. See switching & setup for how the first month goes.
Security questions or a vulnerability
Email [email protected] with “Security” in the subject. We’ll acknowledge it, we’ll fix it, and we never pursue anyone reporting in good faith. More on the security page.
Privacy, exports, and deletion
Your data stays yours — you can export it whenever you like. Privacy policy covers what we hold and why; account deletion covers the way out.
“Can it do this?”
Ask. A meaningful share of what’s in Churchory today exists because a church asked for it on a call — you’d be talking to the people who write the code, not filing into a void.
Can’t get in
Password resets and login links come from the app itself at app.churchory.com/login. If the email never lands — check spam first, then tell us and we’ll sort it from our side.
