Everything included. Two prices.
No feature tiers, no per-ministry add-ons, no quote to chase. Your church size picks the price, every one of the twenty amenities is switched on either way, and paying annually costs less every year — not just the first.
- All twenty amenities, switched on from day one
- 1,500 text messages a month, included in the price
- An app on both stores listed under your church’s name — not ours
- Priority support — you’re in front of the queue, not in it
- A monthly call with the founders, to tell us what to build next
- Everything in the tier beside this one, with nothing held back
- 3,000 text messages a month — twice the smaller tier’s allowance
- No per-seat charge inside your tier — add your whole church
- Priority support and the same people answering
- A monthly call with the founders, on your calendar
You get the people who wrote it.
Every plan includes all three. None of them is an upsell, and none is reserved for your first month.
Priority support
Not a ticket queue, not a chatbot, not a success manager who escalates to someone else. You email, and one of the founders answers.
A monthly call with the founders
Once a month, on the calendar, we ask what’s working and what isn’t. A meaningful share of what’s in the product today exists because a church said so on one of these calls.
A partnership with your team
We’d rather co-build than take requests. Your staff and volunteers know what ministry actually needs on a Tuesday night, so we design around how your church really works — and show you while it’s still changeable. Plenty of vendors say they listen. The difference is what turns up in the next release.

How we got these. Planning Center’s figures come from its own pricing configurator, which bills per product and per size. The lower total covers 20 service team members, 50 event attendees, 200 monthly donations, 75 daily check-ins, and 200 group members; the higher one covers 50 team members, 150 event attendees and five managed rooms. People and the base Church Center app are genuinely free there. Tithely’s $119 is the published All Access rate, flat regardless of size. Churchory’s annual figure is the ongoing discounted rate — it renews at $747, not $1,068.

Before you ask.
What counts toward the 250?
People in your directory — the congregation you actually serve, not your Sunday attendance and not your staff count. If you’re near the line, start anyway and we’ll work it out with you rather than making you guess up front.
How many text messages are included?
1,500 a month up to 250 people, and 3,000 a month above that. That covers church-wide and targeted SMS — reminders, RSVPs, and anything else that has to land on a phone rather than in an inbox. The allowance resets every month; it isn’t a one-off bundle you burn through.
If your church regularly needs more than that, tell us and we’ll sort it out with you.
How long does the annual discount last?
For as long as you’re billed annually. It isn’t a first-year promotion that snaps back — $747 renews at $747, and $1,250 renews at $1,250, every year.
Monthly billing is $89 or $208, with no discount at any point.
Is annual actually better than monthly?
Yes, and it stays that way rather than resetting at renewal. Under 250 people, annual saves you $321 a year against twelve monthly payments; above 250 it saves about $1,246. Monthly exists for churches that need to spread the cost or can’t commit a year ahead, and there’s no penalty for choosing it beyond the price itself.
What if we cross 250 mid-year?
We’ll talk to you before anything changes. Nothing reprices automatically, and nothing switches off. Growing shouldn’t come with an unexpected invoice.
Are there setup or migration fees?
None. We do the data import ourselves from whatever you’re using now, at no cost, and there’s no onboarding SKU to buy. See the switching plan for what that actually involves.
