AI across your products Beta

It prepares. You decide.

Churchory’s AI does the first draft of church admin (the check-in note, the ask for a volunteer, the event recap) from what your products already know. Then it waits. Nothing goes to anyone until a person reads it and presses send.

How it works

Drafts, not sends.

The AI does the part nobody has time for. The part that matters, deciding what your church says and to whom, stays with you.

Your products notice

Someone missed three meetings. A team is short a sound tech. The retreat just ended.

Churchory

A draft is prepared

The text, the email, or the announcement is written for you, using the details your products already hold.

Churchory

You review it

Read it, change the wording, change who it goes to, or throw it away. It’s a suggestion, not a queue.

You

You press send

Only then does anything leave Churchory. No autopilot, no “it went out overnight”.

You
Smarter with every product

Each product gives it more to work with.

The AI only knows what your products know. One product gives it a little; five give it the whole picture. Here’s what it prepares, product by product.

Groups

With Care alongside it: when someone misses three meetings in a row, the leader finds a check-in note already drafted, waiting for them to send.

Events

When it’s over, the recap arrives as a draft (what happened and what to change next time) for you to read and edit.

Sunday

Short a sound tech next week? You get a drafted ask to the people who are free and haven’t served lately.

The ground rules

What it will never do.

These aren’t settings you have to find. They’re how it’s built.

  • Send anything on its own. Every message, email, and announcement it prepares waits for a person to send it.
  • See more than you can. It works inside the same permissions you do: a group leader’s drafts come from that leader’s group.
  • Change your records behind your back. Anything it would change comes back to you as a draft first.
  • Score your people. It helps you notice who might need a call. It doesn’t rank anyone’s faithfulness.
Bring your own assistant New

Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your church.

Our MCP connector plugs Churchory into the AI assistant your team already uses. It’s part of free Core, so every church gets it, with or without a product.

  • Ask in plain English: who’s serving Sunday, which groups have room, who hasn’t been in a while
  • Read-only by design. Your assistant can look things up; it can’t change your records or message anyone
  • Signed in as you, so it sees exactly what your role can see and nothing more
