Different churches need different things, so Churchory lets each church pick only the products it needs at $99 a year each ($25 a month), or everything with Churchory One at $599 a year ($129 a month). Churchory is church management software for small and mid-size churches. Start free with Core (your people directory, families, roles and church-wide email and push), then add only the products you need, like groups, events, Sunday serving and check-in, kids, care, chat and voting, or get everything with Churchory One.
Which Churchory products fit your kind of church?
The right mix depends far more on how your church works than on its size. A church of sixty with a strong care culture needs something different from a church plant meeting in a school, and a church with eight ministries needs something different again. Core is free forever: one shared people directory with families, roles and permissions, church-wide email and push, and the Churchory web and mobile apps.
| Church | A sensible starting mix | Yearly | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small churches | Sunday + Care | $198 | $50 |
| Church plants | Events + Chat before launch; Sunday, Kids and Care at launch | $198–$297 | $50–$75 |
| Growing churches | Churchory One: Sunday, Groups, Care, Kids and more | $599 | $129 |
| Multi-ministry churches | Churchory One: Groups, Events, Sunday, Kids, Chat, Documents | $599 | $129 |
| Baptist churches | Voting + Open Floor, plus what else you run | $198+ | $50+ |
Each product is $99 a year, which saves $201 against paying $25 a month, and Churchory One is $599 a year, which saves $949 against $129 a month. Churchory One becomes the better deal from the sixth product on monthly billing and the seventh on yearly billing. There is no contract, and you can cancel any month.
What does a church get for the price?
One platform in place of the separate directory, group, events, check-in, chat, newsletter and giving tools many churches stitch together, all on one people directory so nobody enters a family twice. Core is free forever. Churchory takes no platform fee on giving; only Stripe's processing fees apply. Our team migrates your existing data for free, Churchory One adds your church's own branded app, and your questions are answered by the husband-and-wife team who build Churchory. If you pay for several separate tools today, add up what they cost and compare it with $99 a year per product or $599 a year for everything.
How do we try it before deciding?
Every church gets a 45-day free trial with no card. The trial includes the products you pick plus Core, adding another during the trial is one click and free, and choosing Churchory One at sign-up gives you everything. Nothing switches off automatically when the trial ends.
What if our church does not fit one of these?
Most churches are a mix, and the pages overlap on purpose. You can also look at Churchory by the role you play on the who it's for page, compare it with what you use now on the comparison page, or read how our free migration works on the switching page.
Frequently asked questions
Does Churchory cost more for a bigger church?
No. The new plans have no people-count tiers. Each product is $99 a year ($25 a month) and Churchory One is $599 a year ($129 a month), whatever your size.
When is Churchory One the better deal than buying products separately?
From the sixth product on monthly billing and the seventh on yearly billing. Monthly, five products are $125 and six are $150, against $129 for Churchory One. Yearly, six products are $594 and seven are $693, against $599 for Churchory One. It also includes every future product and your church's own app.
Can we start small and add products later?
Yes. Add a product whenever you need it; during the 45-day free trial adding one is a single click and free.
Do you have pages for other denominations?
Not yet. We only publish a denomination page when Churchory has something genuinely specific to offer that tradition, such as congregational voting for Baptist churches.
