At Churchory, we value the trust you place in us to manage your church community's data. If you decide to move on, we make it straightforward to fully remove your account and all associated data from our platform.
How to Delete Your Account
You have two primary ways to request a full account deletion. Please note that once an account is deleted, the action is permanent and data cannot be recovered.
Self-Service Deletion
The fastest way to delete your account is directly through your dashboard. Navigate to your account settings to initiate the process.

If you are unable to access your account or prefer assistance, you can contact our support team directly. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

Upon deletion, all personally identifiable information, small group records, attendance history, and CRM profiles associated with your church account will be purged from our active databases and backup systems according to our standard data retention policies.
