Church meal train and care software
When someone’s in the hospital, the meals organize themselves. Meal trains with dates, slots, and dietary notes in front of the person cooking, prayer chains that cover the hours, and follow-ups your deacons can see through to the end.
What does Care do?
- Meal trains: slots per date, drop-off instructions, and dietary notes
- Gift cards instead of cooking, counted toward the same meal
- Prayer chains where people claim a time slot until the hours are covered
- A public share link, so neighbours and relatives can claim a slot without an account
- Follow-ups assigned to a person, not to “someone should”. With Sunday, first-time guests from Sunday check-in land on the list

Which products work well with Care?
Care runs on Core, which is free forever. Products you add share the same directory, so you never enter your people twice, or get all of them with Churchory One.
Questions about Care
Does each product work on its own?
Yes. Every product runs on Core by itself except Retreat Builder, which needs Events because every retreat is an event. Products light up extra features when you own them together: Groups plus Chat gives each group its own channel, Sunday plus Care puts first-time guests on the follow-up list, and Events plus Newsletters pulls upcoming events into a newsletter.
How does Churchory help us notice people drifting away from groups?
Leaders take attendance in seconds and get reminded when they forget, and with Care added, someone who misses three meetings in a row prompts a drafted check-in note for their leader to send. Staff see which groups are healthy and which are quietly emptying.
How does Sunday check-in work for adults?
Your welcome team checks people in at the door or takes a headcount, and Sunday records who came, how many, and who's new, week over week. With Care, first-time guests from Sunday check-in land on the follow-up list.
Does Churchory use AI?
Yes, for first drafts only: Churchory prepares things like a check-in note when someone has missed three group meetings, an ask to volunteers who are free when a team is short, or an event recap, and then waits. Nothing goes to anyone until a person reads it and presses send. AI features are in beta.
