Before the meeting
- Notice sent to members as the bylaws require, with the agenda and any motions.
- Eligible-member list confirmed for the quorum check and votes.
- Written reports and the budget sent out in advance.
- A way to collect questions ahead of time, so quieter members are heard.
- Ballots (paper or digital) prepared, and counters appointed.
Doing this in ChurchoryOpen Floor collects and upvotes questions before and during the meeting and shows them on the projector; Voting runs secret ballots with a fixed electorate, quorum and thresholds such as two-thirds. See Open Floor and Voting.
