Good to know
- Bring enough to serve your own household plus a few more.
- Put a card by your dish with its name and dietary labels, and say if it contains nuts.
- Bring a serving spoon or tongs, and put your name on the dish and the utensil if you want them back.
- Hot dishes stay hot in a slow cooker or an insulated carrier; cold dishes go in the fridge until serving.
- If you can't bring food, a helper slot counts just as much.
